Processing of personal data

This policy has been established to clarify how Kateha handles and protects your personal data and is based on the new data protection regulation GDPR.


The personal data we process is: Name, company, email address, postal address and telephone number.

Your personal data is used to provide good service regarding deliveries, follow-up, information and mailing of newsletters. We do not handle more personal data than necessary for the purpose. Only employees of Kateha, who need the information to fulfill their duties, have access to our personal data register. We are obliged to provide necessary information to authorities such as the police or the tax office if legislation requires this.

The personal data we process are collected as follows:

  • Directly via e.g. visits, fairs or email / telephone contact.
  • Through published contact information on websites and public registers.

You can request to have your personal data deleted at any time. To do this, send an email to info@kateha.se. You also have the right to get access to the information we have and request correction of incorrect or non-complete information. In our newsletters there is always an unsubscribe option, which means you are removed from our mailing list but remain in our customer register.
