Rounder
Rounder is designed from the idea to repeat a very geometric, orderly shape in a variety of depths and overlaps in order to create from it an abstraction bordering on chaos. The result ironically, because of the intentional use of a single colour and a single form, also carries with it a calming and subdued effect. From simplicity, chaos, back to simplicity. This Rounder rug is tufted in high quality wool, in Blekinge, Sweden.

Designer
Brad Ascalon, earned a Masters degree for Industrial Design from New York’s Pratt Institute (2005), and opened the frequently award winning Brad Ascalon studio in Manhattan 2006. Brad is a third generation designer, who from an early age learned the values of craftsmanship, materiality and rigor.
